For confirmation of shoot

- model/group release form to be signed by the model/group representative

- non-refundable deposit of 50% - deposit will count towards total price or be refunded in the event I have to cancel

- a copy of photographic ID (passport, driving licence etc)

 

Cancellation Policy:

If we have a shoot booked and I have not heard from you to confirm 3 days before, I will consider the shoot cancelled and you will lose your deposit. Also, cancellations within 24 hours of shoot start time are not accepted and will also lead to loss of your deposit as well as an invoice for the remainder sent to your supplied address. There are of course exceptions, but proof will be required.

 

Under 18 Policy:

I am happy to work with both male and female models and groups of all sizes, although responsibility for any under-18s in groups will belong entirely to the named group representative.

Portraits involving under-18s will require written consent from a parent or legal guardian (who must also be present at the photoshoot)

 

Ordering:

Ordering is defined as the point at which customer emails directly specifying which prints/images they require. It is not classed as the time of shoot, time of publication or any other time in the process.

Customers will be informed by email that their images are ready for selection.

Images will not be delivered until final payments have been cleared.

 

Copyright

Copyright remains the property of the photographer. This means that images are not to be published or edited in any way without the photographer’s written permission. Copyright may be purchased at a premium and will only be considered on a case by case basis. Photographer retains the right to refuse transfer of copyright
