Bookings
How do I make a booking?
Currently, we accept bookings via telephone or email via our contact page on the website or you can pop into our Maesteg Studio and fill out a form or take it away!. We can either email you a copy of a booking form to send back to us or we can take a postal address and send one out via Royal Mail – you’ll know it’s from us because of the pretty logo!
Payment
What ways can I pay for my photographs?
We are able to accept cash, cheque, Paypal and most debit and credit cards. Please note that there is a surcharge of 50p for cheque and 3% for credit cards. We do not charge extra for Paypal or Debit Cards.
Please note, we do not accept American Express at present.
Reprints
Do you offer a disk of images for reprints?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a disk of images for reprinting following some incidents where our images were found being used illegally online.
Why are your reprints more expensive than at my local supermarket?
The local supermarkets don’t use high quality printing equipment and more often than not do not have their machines properly calibrated by a professional image technician. In some cases, a white wedding dress as shown on screen comes back with a slight shade of green! We do not use printing companies that treat images in such a way – and we personally inspect every image that has been returned to us from our hand picked professional photographic labs. Market research also suggests that our reprints are competitively priced.
Can you enlarge my photographs that I had taken by another photographer?
There is no simple answer to this question. If they are taken by a recent photographer and you do not have the copyright (in writing, stating that you own the copyright from the photographer) we will not make any copies.
If they are taken by a photographer who has long since passed on from this mortal coil, we may be able to make enlargements for you.
Either way, it’s best to ask us – but we will never violate another photographer’s copyright!
